for applicant Richard C. Clement

 

Position Applied for:     Senior Programmer/Analyst 34

 

Comments:

 

Per Director of  Personnel, please post in all building and security guard stations. The following observations of this man pictured below  were reasons to bring cause and concern.

 

  1. Observed on 08/24/03 in the building saying "free the mind and the ass will follow" 

  2. Told students in the Lansing School District to stay in school because with an education, you can get fired from a good job and get a better job.

  3. Told the same students that "if you miss class then that's your ass".

  4. Observed on 08/18/03 stalking Lisa Estlund Olsen and City Council members regarding the starting rate of pay for a Senior Programmer/Analyst with 23 years of experience.  He said "We are trying to get people off  welfare, not keep them on it with those wages".

  5. Observed on 08/18/03 ranting and raving about outsourcing work to your home.

  6. Told City Council that Bobby Williams and Dennis Green got better jobs after being fired.

  7. Was seen in the personnel  office saying to Ms Bommarito saying  "yo dog, check out this background".

  8. Released nose crippling farts declaring them weapons of mass destruction, during the background check procedure with John Bensinger.

    1. Lansing Fire Department Hazmat Unit has been placed on alert
